Over time, a large amount of data has been accumulated, placing a heavy burden on the storage of smartphones and servers. Data compression is one strategy to solve this problem.Compressed sensing is one data compression method that significantly reduces compression time compared to traditional methods. In this study, we utilize mobile sensing to track human activity and guide human\u2019s epidemic prevention behavior by gamified feedback techniques by our developed application SelfGuard. Virtually, human\u2019s self-protection awareness is affected by many factors and the measures to enhance people\u2019s self-protection behavior against the epidemic COVID-19 has always been an unresolved issue. In order to search for factors that influence human\u2019s self-protection behavior, we analyzed the relationships between various human activities and the percentage complete of human\u2019s class=\"pt-cv-content\">\n<p>MOCHA\u306f\u3001\u6771\u4eac\u5927\u5b66\u767a\u306e\u63a5\u89e6\u78ba\u8a8d\u30fb\u6df7\u96d1\u5ea6\u78ba\u8a8d\u3092\u76ee\u7684\u3068\u3057\u305f\u6559\u5ba4\u7b49\u4e88\u7d04\u30fb\u60c5\u5831\u63d0\u4f9b\u30b5\u30fc\u30d3\u30b9\u3067\u3059\u3002\u30a6\u30a3\u30ba\u30b3\u30ed\u30ca\u306b\u304a\u3051\u308b\u5b89\u5fc3\u3067\u304d\u308b\u30ad\u30e3\u30f3\u30d1\u30b9\u30e9\u30a4\u30d5\u5b9f\u73fe\u306e\u305f\u3081\u306e\u4f4d\u7f6e\u60c5\u5831\u30b5\u30fc\u30d3\u30b9\u57fa\u76e4\u3068\u3057\u3066\u958b\u767a\u30fb\u904b\u7528\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002MOCHA\u306f\u5404\u90e8\u5c4b\u306b\u8a2d\u7f6e\u3055\u308c\u305fBluetooth\u30d3\u30fc\u30b3\u30f3\u3092\u30b9\u30de\u30fc\u30c8\u30d5\u30a9\u30f3\u3092\u7528\u3044\u3066\u691c\u51fa\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3001\u81ea\u52d5\u7684\u306b\u6ede\u5728\u5834\u6240\u3092\u8a18\u9332\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002\u307e\u305f\u3001\u4e8b\u524d\u306b\u8a2d\u5b9a\u3057\u305f\u5171\u6709\u7bc4\u56f2\u30fb\u7c92\u5ea6\u3067\u6ede\u5728\u60c5\u5831\u3092\u5171\u6709\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3001\u30ad\u30e3\u30f3\u30d1\u30b9\u5185\u306b\u304a\u3051\u308b\u69d8\u3005\u306a\u4f4d\u7f6e\u60c5\u5831\u30b5\u30fc\u30d3\u30b9\u3092\u958b\u767a\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002\u73fe\u5728\u30016500\u540d\u4ee5\u4e0a\u304c\u30a2\u30d7\u30ea\u30b1\u30fc\u30b7\u30e7\u30f3\u3092\u5229\u7528\u3057\u3001Bluetooth\u30d3\u30fc\u30b3\u30f3\u306f2000\u30ab\u6240\u4ee5\u4e0a\u306b\u8a2d\u7f6e\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n In this paper, we present the design, implementation, and preliminary evaluation of the HeadSense, a helmet device that detects the head movement of micro-mobility rider. HeadSense is capable of generating data streams using the embedded 9-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU) sensor. After the process of segmentation and classification algorithm, HeadSense can automatically detect an individual\u2019s head movement sequence and visual search episodes, across the rider\u2019s entire riding journey. However, different research topics require different sensor setups; no general data collecting tools for the micro-mobility makes the researcher who wishes to collect data has to build their own collecting system from scratch. To this end, we present MiMoSense, an open crowdsensing platform for micro-mobility. MiMoSense consists of two components: (1) MiMoSense server, which is set up on the cloud, and used to manage sensing studies and the collected data for research and sharing. (2) MiMoSense client, uses micro-mobility carrying various sensors and IoT devices to collect multiple kinds of data during traveling. As a reusable open-source software, MiMoSense shifts the researcher\u2019s focus from software development to sensing data analysis; it can help researchers quickly develop an extensible platform for collecting micro-mobility\u2019s raw sensing data and inferring traveling context. In this study, we propose a first detection framework for monitoring single-hand cycling on bicycle travel, called DoubleCheck. It is based on the premise that riders adapt their body movement during single-hand cycling, which is distinguishable to the sensors even amid noise from the exasperate road surface. The system can detect handlebar holding under different road conditions using motion signals from a built-in inertial measurement unit (IMU) in a handlebar mounted smartphone. We implemented the system and invited 10 participants for our evaluation experiment. To this end, we proposed a system combining machine learning algorithms and Monte Carlo simulation to address this issue. First, several machine learning algorithms (Random Forest, XGBoost, and LightGBM) were utilized to identify citizens\u2019 travel mode choice preferences and then estimate the substituted travel mode of each micromobility trip. Second, to ensure the reliability of the final environmental impact assessment, the Monte Carlo simulations were used to simulate the substituted mode of each trip. However, there is a potential risk of privacy leakage during the in-situ photo sharing process. To address this risk, we propose <strong>OASIS<\/strong>, a c<strong>O<\/strong>ntext <strong>A<\/strong>ware photo protection for in-<strong>SI<\/strong>tu sharing behavior: using the front camera to tell different viewer, OASIS customize viewer&#8217;s photo gallery seamlessly between different viewers according to the context of the photo.
